Since 2012 we have strengthened and deepened our alliance with this absolute leader brand in its segment. With a presence in more than 4,500 points of sale, today Stanley has 25% of its category in the Argentine market. Parallel also developed its local ecommerce platform, with a strong investment in technology.
We discovered an interesting niche in a mature market in which the consumption of mate is the most important in the world. And we proposed this alliance to Stanley, designing a positioning and marketing strategy that quickly turned this product into an icon of quality for consumers: the thermos represents 52% of Mercado Libre's share in eCommerce.
The success obtained in this first stage prompted us to propose joint projects to the brand that marked new milestones in their respective categories: the development of the mate and the Stanley straw, with totally innovative concepts applied to traditional products.
In 1993, Parallel sees the opportunity to represent in Argentina this well-known English brand specialized in developing products that promote breastfeeding and that today reach more than 10,000 POS in our country, through a solid network of distributors and retailers. The company also led the landing of the brand in Paraguay and Uruguay.
Applying market knowledge and working with collaborators from the childcare sector, Parallel managed to consolidate the brand that became a consumer reference, absolutely leading the category in segment A.
Through the generation of brand content, display in stores, advertising in the various distribution channels and joint work with pediatric medicine professionals, Avent managed to capture more than 50% of the Argentine market share.
In 2020 Parallel began to represent this leading Italian brand in the development of innovative products that meet the needs of all those who have childcare responsibilities.
Through a positioning strategy and in-depth knowledge of the market, Chicco's presence was increased in pharmacies, supermarkets and other retail outlets in our country.
Since 2019, we have exclusively represented in Argentina some of the most prestigious brands of Unilever International, one of the most prestigious mass consumption companies globally, responsible for more than 400 brands in 190 countries.
Only in the first month of joint work, Parallel managed to incorporate Pears, Lifebuoy and Dove Body Cream products in more than 1,000 points of sale throughout the country (pharmacies, supermarkets, retail, online channel, among others)
